Long term air quality measurements are made at Chilbolton Observatory on behalf of Defra. Chilbolton is one of 3 air quality "supersites" in the UK, making a particularly extensive range of measurements. Pollutants which are continuously monitored include particulates ("PMs"), nitrogen oxides, sulphur dioxide and ozone.
